Print Production
Our printing equipment is state-of-the-art and can handle the full gamut of your printing needs, from our large flat bed digital printer, to our sheet fed litho press that prints on plastics, to our large format multi-station screen press. No job is too large and no job is too small – our team and equipment can handle it all.
Print Services
• Screen Printing
- Image size up to 60" x 103" at a line count up to 85 lpi
- We screen print on a wide variety of materials including offset paper, styrene, acrylic, coroplast, cardstock, foam board and metal
• Litho Printing
- 6 station in-line image sizes up to 27-1/2" x 39"
- UV capabilities up to 150 lpi, Conventional up to 175 lpi
- UNIQUE: Our litho equipment is capable of printing paper and plastics up to .040" thickness
• UV Digital Flatbed Printer
- Print area is 5’ x 10’ x 2” thick
- Prints directly onto most rigid or flexible substrates
