Print Production

Our printing equipment is state-of-the-art and can handle the full gamut of your printing needs, from our large flat bed digital printer, to our sheet fed litho press that prints on plastics, to our large format multi-station screen press. No job is too large and no job is too small – our team and equipment can handle it all.

Profile Extrusion

Is the manufacturing process in which raw plastic is melted and formed into a continuous profile and it is the process by which we produces many of the basic components of our merchandising systems. A variety of state-of-the-art thermoplastic materials are utilized, dependent upon the intended use, color, shape and size specifications.

Metal Fabrication

Is the process whereby we design the sheet metal and wire and form them into decorative or functional components of POP displays and sign systems.

Vacuum Forming

Is a simplified version of thermoforming, whereby a sheet of plastic is heated and stretched onto or into a single surface mold and held in place by applying a vacuum between the mold surface and the sheet. We design with this process in mind to make many decorative POP displays and sign holders used in our merchandising systems.

Injection Molding

Is the manufacturing process for producing parts from both thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics where the heated plastic is forced into a mold cavity, cools and hardens to the configuration of the mold cavity. We incorporate this manufacturing process in our designs for many POP display components and sign holders that are used in our merchandising systems.
